Abstract

Rainfall intensity that varies every time period is one of the factors that can trigger landslides. The urgency of landslide mitigation is important because landslides cause material losses, ecological damage, and even fatalities. One of the regencies prone to landslides is Kulon Progo Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The application of landslide identification can be done by determining the rainfall threshold with observation data and GSMaP satellite data. The rainfall thresholds used are 34,26 mm on D-Day, 85,61 mm on H-3, and 188,54 mm on H-10.
